NotebookLM-style slide corner mark
Context-aware cleanup
Clearframe edits JPG, PNG and WEBP images. It does not open PDF or PowerPoint files. Export each NotebookLM slide as an image in Google Slides, PowerPoint or Preview, clean the slides that show the mark, then insert them back into your deck.
Manual brush selection with undo, so only the mark and its soft edge are rebuilt.
The model fills the corner from surrounding colour, gradients and texture instead of blurring it.
Slides keep their size up to 4096 pixels on the long edge. Download as PNG.
NotebookLM, now also labelled Gemini Notebook in parts of Google's product, adds a small visible mark to generated slide decks, infographics and videos. When you drop those slides into your own lesson or client deck, the mark is usually the only thing you want gone.
Check the official option first. Google's help center lists watermark removal for Pro and Ultra plans, controlled by the "Visible watermarking" toggle in the profile-picture menu. If your account has it, switch it off and generate the deck again. Files you already downloaded will not change, and that is where Clearframe helps.
Brush the mark and a thin ring around it. Slides often have flat colour or soft gradients in the corners, which inpainting rebuilds cleanly. If the mark overlaps text or an icon, the model can't recover what was underneath, so check that area at 100% zoom.
Clearframe works on images, so turn the deck into PNG or JPG files first, then put the cleaned slides back.
The video tool handles MP4, MOV and WEBM clips up to 30 seconds with a mark that stays in one place. The NotebookLM mark is fixed, but Video Overviews usually run for minutes. Use Clearframe for short excerpts, and use the official toggle to regenerate full-length videos.
Only remove marks from content you own or have permission to edit. Removing a visible mark does not remove SynthID or other invisible AI identifiers, and it does not change how AI-generated content should be disclosed.
Three simple steps
Save each NotebookLM slide or infographic as PNG or JPG at full resolution.
Cover the mark plus a thin ring of semi-transparent edge pixels.
Check the before-and-after at full zoom, then download the PNG and put it back in your deck.

Google's Gemini Notebook help center lists watermark removal for the Pro and Ultra plans: eligible Google One AI Pro and Ultra subscribers can use the "Visible watermarking" toggle under their profile picture. Standard and Plus plans are listed without it, and a visible watermark is applied automatically in India, South Korea and Vietnam. Clearframe is for files you already exported.
No. Export the pages as PNG or JPG first, then upload them one at a time.
Only on short excerpts. The video tool accepts MP4, MOV and WEBM clips up to 30 seconds with a mark in a fixed position. Most Video Overviews are much longer.
The original resolution is kept up to 4096 pixels on the long edge. Only the area you brush is rebuilt.
No. It only rebuilds the visible pixels you paint over. Invisible identifiers are outside its scope.
Clearframe is free to try, with fair-use limits.
Google lists the official toggle for both Pro and Ultra plans. On other plans, you can clean slides you already exported as images, as long as they are your own content.
